Yala National Park is a huge area of forest, grassland and lagoons bordering the Indian Ocean, in southeast Sri Lanka. It’s home to wildlife such as leopards, elephants and crocodiles, as well as hundreds of bird species. Inland, Sithulpawwa is an ancient Buddhist monastery.
Zell am See is a lakeside town near Salzburg in Austria.

Aachen A spa city near Germany’s borders with Belgium and the Netherlands. Aachen Cathedral was founded around 800 A.D. and a Gothic chancel was added later. Its Domschatzkammer (treasury) has medieval artifacts including the shrine of Charlemagne, who was buried here in 814 A.D. Nearby is the baroque town hall, Aachener Rathaus, with 19th-century frescoes. Sulfurous water fills the fountains of Elisenbrunnen.
Basel - another city on the River Rhine but this city is in Switzertland.
Cork A port city in southern Ireland.

Depths of the ocean–
Eastbourne - a south coast town that has a Victorian pier. I remember going there in the summer of 1964.
Finchingfield a beautiful village near Braintree, Essex.
Govan - an area of Glasgow next to the River Clyde and where some of the shipyards were situated.
