Bobbi - what is the music you are using - it’s very relaxing?
The music is provided by YouTube for creators to use with their handiwork.
Among other things I am looking at meditation, creative visualisation and mindfulness using sound with a purpose. (I also enjoy using the I Ching as an oracle occasionally.)
This is experimental and can have use as a therapeutic tool for those dealing with trauma.
Twenty five years ago I had a couple of heart attacks. Hilary got me to hospital but the second one killed me. A traumatic episode for both of us.
As you might have guessed neither heaven nor hell had a place for me and I awoke to see Hilary looking at me with tear filled eyes.
For four or five years both of us were intensely aware of my mortality. I was scared to go to sleep at night, I was certain death was waiting for me around the corner.
I awoke one morning and realised this was no way to live. I had survived this long and it looked like I would be around for some time yet so I might just as well get on with things.
. . . and then there was stroke. A frightening experience. Loss of so much that mattered to me.
. . . but again I am still here, intending to do what I am able, in whatever way I can.
After the heart attack there were some classes offering relaxation, mindfulness and so on that were useful and which I think are relevant with the stroke experience too.
Among other things I am experimenting with these ideas on YouTube.
I might make podcasts with relaxing music. I would also like to see drama used as a tool.
The music I used is just an extract. Below I have posted the full track of one of the pieces.
This piece is called Moon Vision by Chris Haugen. It was provided by YouTube.

Bobbi put this together as an experimental and learning project with the members of this onlinecommunity in mind.
I use Audacity to manage sound
I use GIMP with graphics
I use Flowblade to put together and render the video
I put the whole up on YouTube
I post a link here in the forum to display the result of my experiment.
I enjoy the process and hope you do too.
