These are incredibly healthy looking options. My question is how are you managing all these on your plate i.e. portion sizes? You’ve got 4 pieces of fruit just for breakfast

With you diet and your exercise regime, you must be super healthy?

Good for you!

Couldn’t resist adding this .

Mange Tout - Delboy Trotter meaning: No problem.

Making me hungry Roland!!

It all sounds great especially the lunch option. Don’t suppose you and your wife feel like adopting someone? :joy:

Thanks, Manji

I have to eat well - necessity. I went through hell first 2 years of my stroke, so eating well was / is a must. My vagus nerve tells me my tummy and gut biome are well, maybe super well, but I’m still fending off fascia stiffness, and gaining finer control of my body with upper-brain functions, and more… I just try to give myself the highest chance of success. I certainly feel I’m improving week by week !

ciao, R
