Evening symptoms

I had my stroke in October 24. Recovering well. Had a good day today but now , teatime, my weird head sensations are back.
I’ll just ride it out as I usually do as they will pass. Does anyone else have their weird symptoms at night?

This could be related to tiredness. A lot of my symptoms and weird feelings were in the early days.

@Seddso , hi i get them but not every evening now but i put them down to fatigue when i do. I find going sitting in quiet room for half an hour helps.

Yes, its as you tire in the evenings, you basically decompensate a little. I don’t have much trouble with foot drop until evening, same for the dysarthria, speach slurr mainly in the evening…and the aphasia is worse, rigidity in fingers too. It all just goes with the territory I’m afraid☹️

I can definitely notice some changes at the end of the day and I’m tired. My walking slows down and my face drops slighty on my affected side and speech is sometimes a bit slurred. I think all of these things are perfectly normal.

I agreecwith everyone else. It will be due to fatigue. You may need to do a little less during the day to help relieve the symptoms a bit in the evenings.

This happens to me too. It used to be I would notice it at around lunch time, then around 3pm, 4pm, 5pm etc as I started to recover more.

Yes it seems so - I can handle is when I know it’s just gonna come and go . As long as it’s not another stroke I can deal with it

I don’t mind it in the evening, its the end of the day after all, so I don’t need to be at my peak anyway. I’m long past living life at a hundred miles an hour or burning the candle at both ends
You do get used to it, but I’m 4yrs on and not as severe as others. You’ll find your new rythm in life soon enough
