I had cerebellar infarct 19 aug , within a four week adter leave hospital after 4 day i a told i have these a tests
No cholesterol problem but still statins , nit knowing why ,
I still not got a appointment for these , i not knowing who i need a call to get sorry , please a help , thank a you so much

I have a two horses so alway active , never a smoke or a drink , cholesterol good , was 80mg now a 40mg
I not knowing if a gp reception a ask for these tests not had still , not like a caller them , they do rude and just annoy tgey not hear my speak

You could try asking your stroke team about your tests but I imagine it will take a while to get them as waiting lists are lengthy for anything these days. Did your hospital discharge letter mention the tests? If so you should have been referred & it’ll be a case of waiting.
You could also try calling the hospital appointment line & asking them. If you are struggling to make yourself understood is there someone who could make the call for you? You may have to confirm that you are content for them to speak to someone on your behalf.
As for your receptionists at your local surgery if you get nowhere with them ask to speak to practice manager or send them an online consult if that’s an option. They must have ways of communicating with those who can’t communicate well themselves.
