mg is nature’s natural calcium channel blocker ; it cannot help but contribute to the lowering of your blood pressure. Magnesium is everywhere in your body but we need a constant daily supply. As long as you check your bp with a bp monitor because it’s possible to take so much mg that your diastolic could get low. just keep checking.

there’s not a soul on this planet who doesn’t take magnesium as a supplement. It’s the only supplement we need (apart from iodine & potassium, which are both likely to help you)

Get some magnesium glycinate ; take it morning and evening
Do some grounding ; and keep checking your bp to see it lower sooner rather than later. Research it all thoroughly, and prepare to be amazed. Basically you must take responsibility & control of your own health

I take a lot of mg and do 4 hours grounding outside a day. I feel great

Good luck, R

Hello @Trev61

In addition to the excellent advice/information given by Roland @pando I should like to add that it is possible magnesium may react with your BP meds (not sure what you are taking) and so you should check as you don’t want to end up with your BP dropping too low.

I asked the question “Do BP meds react with magnesium?” and got the below response. And it does mention calcium channel blockers that might be affected.

AI Overview

Yes, blood pressure (BP) medications can react with magnesium

, potentially causing blood pressure to drop too low. This is especially true for calcium channel blockers like amlodipine (Norvasc), verapamil (Calan), and diltiazem (Cardizem), because magnesium can act as a natural calcium channel blocker itself, as noted in WebMD and Verywell Health. Additionally, other BP medications like diuretics and some antibiotics can interact with magnesium, and it is crucial to speak with a doctor before taking magnesium supplements.

Sorry if I’m stepping on your toes Roland
