What do you do about your medications when you fast? I never take meds on an empty stomach as they aggravate the stomach.

I take meds in morning with brekkie, having skipped evening meal on a Friday… it’s not quite 24 hours but I will get there by taking meds lunch time just for that day… so it’s 20 hours fasting once per week… and like AnnaC I am on 16:8 at the moment
