Standing and walking were probably hardest for me, but once you get the standing in, the walking gets easier. I was disappointed to have a recent set back as I was up to walking a mile per day. I have to get back to it now, but I will. Swimming will help strengthen my legs more (even just walking in the pool, or kicking my feet from the sides). You just keep working at it! Try not to get too frustrated or discouraged. We are one hour difference in time zone. Feel free to chat with me anytime.
