Thanks, some good suggestions here to help in organising myself.
Perhaps jotting down a note when you come across something that you struggle with now and would benefit from a helping hand.
If you write it down it might then become clearer for you and help you explain to the carer what you need or would like help to do.
I write notes to myself all the time otherwise everything would be forgotten or muddled and I am the carer not even the stroke survivor !
Just a thought.
I use the calendar on my phone to remind me of all my appointments, when to take meds etc. I also have a written list on my kitchen side so I can see what I need to do every time I visit the kitchen.
As @elljay1 has said maybe write things fown as you come across them then you can leave it for the carers or give it them when they arrive.
