Can I share my bit of progress with you. For all is not lost

I had an ischmatic stroke that affected my left side. My right side was already disabled before my stroke I have half a knee cap and no cruciate ligaments to keep my knee stable so I’d fall without warning. I went on to loose so far 11 stone and aim to loose more so that’s helped my progress.
These are a few things I’d love to share for encouragement as I used to think that’s it! All is lost this is as good as it gets. If I can you can

That’s the way I got better, Sue1958. Bit by bit. Just keep at it. You can only get stronger. I had a mantra I said to myself regularly, and still do to this day. >>“Every day in every way I’m getting better and better (or stronger and stronger.)” It’s important to program your sub-conscious. Best wishes! Jeanne
