Well done - I did OK on all games today.
I too am Waffling - it seems to be quite straightforward as the letters are already there but need rearranging. I haven’t counted the number of moves left but have always completed every game I played.

I had a Phew moment (first in a while on Wordle, but should have got it sooner now that the answer is known :slight_smile:

I had to think really hard about conne tions today & I also had to google batman villains as I had worked out the connection but never liked batman so apart from the joker & penguin I didn’t know any others.

Wordle was quite tricky for me. Tried loads of non words before I got a word. Good job they don’t count otherwise I would be out of attempts for the rest of the month.

I lucked out on Wordle today. I really couldn’t work out the word which once I knew what it was I should have known. I ended up guessing anything just to finish the game.

Oh no! You seem to have done what I did yesterday, got a bit frustrated, became impatient and just rushed it. I’m still working on the Connections having solved the Wordle which seems to keep coming :slight_smile: Wordle 1,406 5/6*

I think my average tries for this month is higher as the starting word (CHIME) is not as helpful but in a way that makes it more challenging - I’ve even had a Phew! for the first time in a long time this month.

I’ll plug away at the Connections to see if I get any inspiration.

Well done. You’re right I did get a bit impatient with Wordle. I’m very tired today so that didn’t help. My starter word is LATER and it hasn’t been great either.

I did ok with connections today. The first 2 came really easily then I got a bit stuck on the Bob’s- i managed Marley & Hope then the other 2 were guesses & took me 2 attempts to get them. Like you the colour anagrams were the default. I wouldn’t have got them.

I managed half the connections, the second half were non-starters for me. Snacks are American? Never heard Swedish chef, Swedish fish or Swedish meatball.

Wordle continues to come easy enough, though sometimes I am having to “guess” the word as it doesn’t roll off the tongue as in today’ answer. I can’t think of many examples where I might use the word weedy. That said I am happy to take the guesses.

Well done for completing the puzzles - sometimes that is how it goes.

Wordle was a breeze, but had to sleep on the connections after getting the first one pretty much straightaway. The background brain activity worked and pretty much raced through the final connections.

No I hadn’t heard of relief as a carving either. I had the other 3 carvings so just tried pot luck with the 4th. Most of today’s connections were luck. Hopefully easier tomorrow.

Waffle is going ok. Usually have either 2 or 3 moves left. I did try the Deluxe Waffle, which is weekly I think, and I didn’t do that in the allowed number of moves.
