Just had the results of my annual blood tests.
Normally I dread them but this time
Good kidney and liver function
Lower cholesterol
And lower but still in range for pre diabetics
I’ve got to keep up the lower carbs and oily fish diet.
Good news, always glad to hear things are going in the right direction. I’ve just booked for my annual stroke review and feeling a bit nervous until my blood results are back.
