Baking morning! I am really pleased that I haven't lost my ability to cook and bake. I cook/bake things which are definitely more simple than I did before my stroke but to be able to still (and again) produce dishes and baked goods - well I am really appreciative and thankful. It took a long time, a lot of frustration, a lot of persistence and determination. I had/have to plan everything these days to make sure I can do all the things I have to do (including taking a shower LOL) and at the same time manage my fatigue. xxx
