B12 deficiency & Pernicious anemia

Is there anyone else out there with B12 deficiency / Pernicious anemia. ?

Drs knew I had a autoimmune disease but didn’t know what it was when I was reffered to rheumatology to be tested for arthritis that she ordered the blood test as b12 isn’t a routine test they usually do I got my results the next day then was started in loading injection every day for 10days then every 12 weeks have my levels checked every 12 months

There are new Nice Guideline that Doctors are suppose to follow & part of those are that patients that are receiving regular injection ‘‘do not’’ need to be tested … Is your diagnosis Pernicious anemia or ''what they now refere to as Atrophic gastritis. ? If so, that means you are on B12 injections for the rest of your life.
