Do we have someone who got stroke and then diagnosed with autoimmune?
Hello again. If it’s a serious stroke ; very common (but mostly unreported)
The link can be indirect & it can take a few years to manifest
I would need to know more about your stroke & autoimmune condition
May I ask the name of your autoimmune condition, please ?
R
Hello, yes I had an SAH and was diagnosed with M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have also developed aspects of CSS (central sensitisation syndrome) and a liver issues which they can’t get to the bottom off. I have not drunk for 20 years, eat well and trained for most my life.
Hope this helps,
Dan
autoimmune is Autoimmune encephalitis
But how are you holding up now?
Thank you. This is indeed a difficult scenario.
Here are my thoughts; just well-intended and thought-provoking ideas that I send your way. My healing philosophy is a ‘return to nature’ (air, earth, water, light). Remove yourself from any electrical and EMF surroundings (the pathway here goes from chronic stress to cells from EMF, potentially leading to inflammation). Earth yourself to appease inflammation (this brings the electrical potential of your body to equalize with the Earth’s electrical potential.)
I would strengthen my immune system & thyroid (iodine to reactivate it because I posit that it’s underactive), try Aloe Vera (anti-inflammatory Effects: Aloe contains compounds like polysaccharides (notably acemannan) that can modulate the immune response in vitro.) Evening sunlight (Red Light Therapy) should be beneficial for your dysfunctional mitochondria, structured water too. Magnesium is metabolic oil ; we cannot function without it.
Again, I mention these ideas as starting points for further research. Each one is a mechanism of healing that has helped me in my tumultuous post-stroke journey.
Wishing you the best, ciao, Roland
