I had a stroke on Sunday 28th April. I am currenly on the above medicines and will be going onto Clopidogrel instead of aspirin after 14 days. I am 39 and was on HRT patches after a hysterectomy last year. As I have had to come off these now, I wondered if anyone knew any natural products I can take safely alongside the other medication I am on especially for the hot flushes. TIA
