Antipsychotic and stroke

I have bipolar and am looking up options for what antipsychotics to take. They all mention stroke or seizures. Is anyone in this situation?

I don’t think I expressed this very well. I had a stroke in 2017 and in the same year had a seizure which was diagnosed as epilepsy. Has anyone else had epileptic seizures? I also have schizoaffective disorder and need to go on a new antipsychotic. All the ones I have looked on on line say I shouldn’t take them if I have had a stroke. Has anyone else found themselves in this situation?

I have found one which does not have this problem. I will ask a mental health pharmacist.
