Really @Mrs5K i’m impressed that you have the strength to chew. some time ago I was given a rock cake by accident by a well meaning relative of one of the other residents at the care home, I excitedly took a bite but couldn’t chew, it really was rock cake! So I spat it out! A Very special friend and former colleague brought me a punnet of strawberries yesterday and while no one was looking I ate one but again struggled and swallowed it in much larger pieces than I would have done pre-stroke.
