A couple from Scotland 
Whats fer yer will nae go bye yer ( if something is meant to be, it will be; I always say this to family members going for job interviews- if you are meant to get the job then you will get it What is meant for you will not go pass you).
Lang may yer lum reek ( long may your chimney smoke- a wish for comfort and prosperity, may you always have enough fuel, eg coal for your fire and fuel for cooking).
