Hello wonderful people,
Today I join the 60s club ; I think it will look better on my epitaph.
I wish to give a tip to those in need / with fatigue & those who can benefit
Well 90% of our energy comes from our mitochondria. These mighty creatures live inside us but do not share the same DNA in their nucleus as us… they’re little aliens that coexist within us. They love food and sunlight, and wish to safeguard their host, us. Therefore we must look after them ; they have photoreceptors and crave sunlight but when they malfunction… well we call this process cancer.
Therefore, run outdoors and get some sun. I am on a 2 week holiday in Kos, to feed them with an essential ingredient they crave ; light; more precisely, sunlight. Almost all creatures (all inhabited by mitochondria) move towards the glowing red Sun at sunset, because the longer, redder wavelengths of light penetrate the skin, thereby activating the photoreceptors, and the enzyme cytochrome c oxidase to give us ATP, which is the energy we need to survive. It’s a little bit of a brutal procedure, for me, because my traumatised mitochondria should be exposed in smaller doses ; but I have been careful not to burn myself.

Happy progress, and if the penny drops, enjoy the energy & the gift of life, ciao, Roland
