Spent the morning walking around our local B&M store apparently in an upright efficient manner, not as before but compared to my contemporaries in recovery my wife says well done.

A short knapp then off upstairs and fitting a velux blind with my partner in crime much to her delight, now feet up eastend re and a brew not a bad morning I surprised myself a bit like old times again

@mrfrederickson , well done you sir:this is some progress and glad to see that your are feeling a little more like your old self again. Go easy on the super market - I have always disliked them but they are a necessary evil.
