I cooked up a bulk batch of rice this morning, weighing it into 10 x 200g portions and freezing it.
We’ll be having chicken curry and egg fried rice for our evening meal.
I’ll be starting the curry sauce this afternoon.

I love egg fried rice. Do you put any sauces on it?

I use a shake of light soy sauce mixed in, maybe some veg, sometimes just a handful of peas. I usually add a pinch of turmeric. Sometimes I’ll put a splodge of oyster sauce or Hoi Sin with it.
