I assume you’ve seen the welcome post? Or maybe if you’ve read a lot you’ve already gleaned everything it covers

I hope your journey is one that is easing as you go :slight_smile: I agree with you that knowing others stories match my own or exceeds give me benchmarks for when I’m doing well or not so well

My stroke was in December 2020, and I was going through a divorce at the time. Moved 2weeks earlier.

I do find that when it is getting late (9:00 PM) my eyes are not steady. I am more unbalanced, too. I lost weight but grew around the middle. Though I am now 70. I don’t feel normal.more than aging.
