Next Monday (24th August) will be Ukraine’s National Day and we in the West should be so grateful to the Ukrainian people for their bravery, courage and tenacity in poking the aggressive Russian bear in the eye; the West has been fearful of the Russians for decades but the Ukrainians have taken them on almost single-handed and I salute them !
