Feel ok today went for a decent walk today but so tired want to sleep today I suppose it goes like that had more energy last weekend oh well onwards and upwards
Anything and everything can zonk one out with fatigue even a few days later
It takes a while to get the pattern & worst triggers
Glad your had a nice walk - hope the sun was shining
It was torrential later but sun out again ruby wedding anniversary today husband was about to book a short break when I had the tia but we are going for a meal instead of I can drag myself to the shower
@Jul happy ruby anniversary. Have a lovely meal out. You can have the break away when you’re feeling more able to enjoy it.
Fatigue is a nightmare but very common. You’ll work out your triggers in time although it will still creep up & surprise you at times
How wonderful I live in Kent but was born in barrow in Furness Cumbria my mum is 92 and hubby was going to book bowness so we could see relatives
M6 when we eventually get there our two grown ups went to school in Rochester
Wiped out and drained no energy at all dealing with insurance doctors
May you need to take more nutrients, vitamin D perhaps.
I have just started back on my vitamins vitamin D and omega to see if that helps
I had so many bloods taken whilst in hospital but not sure if they tested those
Nothing would have shown up at the time of the stroke in hospital anyway. The energy and nutrient depletion is what happens over the course of your recovery. Your body will using up an enormous amount naturally, more than it normally does as you struggle through your day to day living and exercising during recovery.
It stands to reason for me, whatever the doctors might think, that you need a boost either through nutrient shakes such as Complan or multivitamins. Because there’s only so much you can eat healthily in a day in my view.
I know have hard times with certain pills
I have decided I have booked a phone call with gp Monday I don’t like changing but also life is too short to put up with severe aching in hips and legs at night
I fully agree, gp is the best way forward, good luck @Jul
It takes me longer time for my pants and pj’s
trying to visualise
Sometimes when I think of it
