I decided it was time to christen the electric wheelchair in a trip on Sunday to our local garden centre
I had a steep learning curve in getting to grips with narrow spaces and a floppy left leg but returned with two plants and no serious injuries

The chair needed testing ahead of my September holiday so a good excuse for a drive out with its capabilities under test and all in all not bad.
I navigated tight spots many corners and s bends plus a short drive on the road.
Unlike the scooter I’m really low down and no mirrors so what is left of my peripheral vision was priceless

Good practice for the upcoming holiday. I’m still trying to get my confidence going into shops, but you’ve done so well, its nice to see. Did you buy any plants for your garden?

I have hit a couple of things when manoeuvring my scooter in tight spaces. Thankfully at low speed so no damage done. It’s all a learning curve.
