@Gracie2568 welcome to the forum. As others have said it sounds like your manager has over stepped the mark.
Would you be able to getvan occupational health referral done which should list your abilities and any adjustments that would help you complete your role successfully? Having a stroke doesn’t make you incapable you might just need a few adjustments to help.
ACAS are a good place for employment advice. Trade Unions could also help if you are in one.
You did well to get back to work so soon. Don’t feel guilty about being off if you need to be though. Any stroke takes some recovery from.
