Indeed, this kind of stroke requires dedicated visual rehabilitation and as @Mrs5K mentioned, a visit to an ophthalmologist or neuro-ophthalmologist, even better. I have posted some vision rehabilitation apps, like the Eye Training Tool. It is free and neuroscience based.
