Btw I think maybe you’re “nothingness” is called ‘neglect’ by the medical folk.
I’m not sure of the exact correlation but neglect is when there is something in your ‘field of view’ and you don’t have cognitive appreciation that it’s there

Those figures would be high for me. I was getting those kind of readings several months ago and the doc added another BP tablet to my list of what I’m already taking But it is a little higher for men anyway.
Thanks they are a bit high for me too due to various bits of stress these last few weeks but GP tomorrow at 10.10am so will have a good chat with him - I always ask for a double appointment
