Hi ManjiB --Maybe Iām just creating this in my mind, but it looks to me like the thatch of dark hair at the nape of the neck, under the manās ear, could be the face of a dog. I see two eyes and an upside-down V that could be the mouth. The whole face of the dog is hair. Jeanne

Hi Jeanne - When I first posted this I was not able to see the dog. Having read your comment I decided to look at the puzzle again and this time I did see the dog. So I have now entered the 5% club but only because I was helped by your suggestion.
I can tell you that you are actually quite close.
The whole image is both Dog and Man - what you see depends on how you look at the image.

Ah, you have to flip the picture on itās side, anti clockwise, to see the dog. Donāt even need to put your eyes out of focus to see it then 
Much easier to do that with a phone than a computer screen though

That puzzle was clealy done too early for me, I went off to my aphasia group feeling a little queezy after that

Emerald Eyes is right. I turned my head sideways, and the WHOLE image is a dog. The ear is the dogās tongue. The nose is the dogās eye. The dark hair on the top of his head is the dogās nose. Itās really a very cleverly done image. 
What did you see first in the image below? Second?

I think the idea is the order in which you see the things (frog and horse) in this case is supposed to tell you something about your personality or how your brian works. I am hoping Jeanne will fill us in on that later on

Yes, it is easy to see both the frog and the horse, and like you two I saw the frog first and the horse second. Iām sorry to say, they didnāt say what that meant. Maybe a person who was really āintoā horses would have seen the horse first. I donāt know.

My guess is I am never going to work out what this is because it so obvious and staring me in the face that Iāll go āDāohā when the answer is re-vealed
