Hi, I have been on Gabapentin for a few months & it has made a difference for me. I mirrored all your side effects & no FAST symptoms when I had my stroke 3 years ago . I also take Duloxetine, nortriptaline, baclofen & anti seizure medication. I still get the symptoms but not as severe. Hope it goes well for you.
