Do have a blood test to check your nutrient levels. Fatigue is one of the main symptoms you can have when low in things like Iron, B vitamins, folic acid, etc etc. Have that ruled out before you settle on it being stroke effect. It is quite a common issue in early stroke recovery, because we all put it down to being an effect of the stroke.
For me, I was severly low in folic acid, I had the fatigue, but I also heavy legs, like I had lead boots on when walking. Once I was put on a high dose of folic acid I picked right up in a matter of days. Speak to your gp, it’s worth a try for what could be a very simple fix ![]()
