Hi Debbie,

Welcome to the community! It sounds like you’ve been through a lot, and I hope you’re finding time to rest and recover now that you’re home. Having support from loved ones (including Tigger!) can make such a big difference.

Normally, @Anna_moderator would be here to welcome you, but she’s away this week. If you have any questions or need a bit of help with anything, feel free to tag me by typing @ followed by my username, I’m happy to help however I can.

This is a really supportive space, and I hope you find it helpful. Take care, and keep that positive attitude going!

Hi Debbie @Debbie01 & welcome to the community. Sorry you’ve had cause to join us but i am sure you’ll find it a friendly, supportive place to be now you are here.

You’ve certainly had a difficult start to the year & I hope things are now on an upward turn for you. Make sure you get plenty of rest so your brain can do its repair work.

As you’ve found out it doesn’t seem to matter how healthy you are sometimes it doesn’t stop these medical events happening. I waa a fit 49 year old when it happened to me.

Sounds like you have a very loving & supportive network of people around you & that will help a lot.

Ask away if you have any questions & we’d love to hear how you are progressing.

Best wishes

Ann x
