Late onset spasticity

@Rups
I bet you can Boogie with the best of them.
Qigong is similar.

@Outlander I’m in a similar situation as you, only it’s my leg that will not relax. The muscles are in conflict, fighting each other. I’m trying an iTeraCare wand at the moment, which made it better, then worse. Perhaps I need to get the right dose of therapy?

@pando Sorry to hear that. I’m going back to therapy next week. A small facility near my home. I need someone to push me a little more. What is an iTeraCare wand? I’m surprised you have this in both legs.
My left side is absolutely normal. I feel split down the middle. Best of luck and hope you have a neurologist?

@Outlander sorry, my mistake, just the stroke-side leg
I know a Neurologist, but she has shingles at the moment

You’ll have to look it up, the description of an iTeraCare wand is beyond me
I’ve had it for less than a week though…

My left side is called “Roland” and my right side “Ronald”
yes, that’s it, my wife now has 2 husbands

I get to the gmn in exactly 1 week ; let’s hope it works out
good luck, Roland (& Ronald)

:woozy_face: Well, the best of them better have two left feet. I enjoy Qigong, I think it is a wonderful, simplified rendition of Thai Chi. If ever someone might jump out of the shadows in a darkened alley-way, I’ll be ready with Thai Chi. Wax on … wax off …
