Greetings or should I say Namaste|

This is for you if you feel you need to improve your health and wellbeing.
It costs nothing and it is entirely up to you whether you wish to pursue it or not.

Me, well, I just love it!

I should add there are many variants of this and so it may be that you prefer some other variant of the same. Well, that’s OK too, but do something, do anything!

Don Fiore was my Qigong instructor after stroke. I still occasionally do Louhan patting.

Good to know. I only just came across him.
It seems very flexible, I mean Qigong and how you use it.
I like it.

I also would find him entertaining, I’d put him up on the big telly screen and mimic his movements. What amused me was doing Quigong with a chap in his 1970s sunglasses, tracksuit and standing in his Hollywood hills driveway.

His videos are good because they are set to timed sessions. Some days I could only do the shorter sessions and on other days, when symptoms were a little eased, I could manage the longer sessions.

He is both entertaining and a good instructor. From what I have seen he is good and I can definitely follow him comfortably.

He is a bit of character, and I must say I like that 🙂
