I had 20 sessions and the main problem for me was boredom. I’m not a good reader, but took my earphones in an listened to an audiobook. I also had the Metro puzzles on my phone and set the challenge of doing them all (except the Sudoku) before the time was up. The sessions didn’t work for me, but every person is different. Good luck!

I was hoping it would ease my spasticity, but there was no noticeable difference. My local MS centre provided the facilities. They’re not called MS centres any more because they are open to anyone with neurological problems. I’m still going there for other stuff though. Their physios are pretty good and there is a hydrotherapy pool.

I tried hydrogen therapy for my mother to help her. It had no effect on her. She just refused to do it over time. But there was no point. We did it for a month, and there was improvement in her at all.
I tried just about everything to help that woman.
