I don’t come on here very often, but I can so relate to “looking fine on the outside, but not being 100%”. I am 5 years post stroke and nobody can tell I’ve had a stroke, as I’ve recovered so well physically. For that I’m extremely grateful. However I’m left with post stroke pain all down my left side, so that is quite wearing and affects how far I can walk just because of the pain in my leg. It affects a few other things as well. Not complaining, but your post resonated with me. Keep going! Mary
