Oh, yes, you’re right: we come from nothing and go back to nothing. My mother’s dust and ashes now, and even that will evaporate into thin air over time. The clock is ticking for us all.
Modestly hedonistic – sounds good. Being more in tune with nature–sounds good.
I’m going to Qigong later today.
Why worry? You cannot change what will be. Just live your life and make the most of your time.

Very well said, I’m glad to see your approach bishop matter of fact, I wish in could move forward from my current plateau of neuropathy induced pain and limiting mobility into year five and had expected some of the symptoms to have eased from day one but really adaptations and determination are my only option to give me a meaningful change spontaneously recovery is not going to save me from this situation especially as the stroke was so severe, nearly died but for the quick intervention of my wife at 3 am in the morning in January 2021
