You can tell when people think their food is HORRID. Their face normally gives them away.

Yes sometimes being alone is great
On the days when we feel down or stressed or sad we SOMETIMES turn to treats to cheer us up. My go to is cake or chocolate

OMG!!I almost wish I was stressed so I’d have a reason to eat some of those goodies!
I don’t think there’s a person on this planet that doesn’t love CHOCOLATE. It does contain mood enhancing compounds and stimulants --tyrosine, tryptophan, phenylethylamine(PEA, “the love chemical”).
Anyway, here’s a feast for the eyes.

Children always like to MAKE things. One of the favorites is making a fort. Sometimes it turns out great–sometimes not so great, but that really doesn’t matter to them. The fun is the doing of it.

Children can find FUN in many things. When I was little I loved climbing trees. I always got into trouble as mum & dad told me not to climb them but who can resist a nice tree
