@axnr911 , sometimes when I sit out on the balcony, I like seeing the sun sink down behind the rooftops. I fell in a contemplative mood. Never get bored seeing it.

Sometimes we start a project with wonderful plans and ideas in our minds, and sadly, the RESULTS are not as we expected.

Usually siblings like the fact that they resemble each other. They often wear their hair in the same style and dress in the similarclothing. But, other siblings celebrate being DIFFERENT from one another and strive to be individuals.

When we care about someone we like to give a gift that will be used and enjoyed, something they would really LIKE. You can tell by the reaction if you accomplished your goal.

Sometimes we also receive GIFTS that we really don’t want or like. People try & hide their dislike but don’t always achieve it.
I think the worst gift I ever had were some large (& when I say large I mean very large) pants from my mother in law. They were so big I am sure they would have fitted 5 people

The pictures remind me of one Christmas when my 8-year-old son, who really wanted a football, gave me a nerf football for Christmas. (I guess he figured if he thought it was such a wonderful thing, I would too!) My husband and I are still laughing about it and our son is 50!
Another one–when first married we had little money. I thought my husband would like a tool, so I found a hammer on the dollar table at a hardware store. There was only 1 “claw” on the hammer. I thought that’s how hammers were. My husband never told me–until much much later. We still laugh about that one too.
There are many reasons why people try to HIDE something, including themselves. Either they’ve done something wrong, they’re scared or ashamed or they just don’t want anyone to find out. Of course, it could also be a game.

That lad hiding behind the post is funny. A bit like playing hide and seek as a kid and hiding behind the curtains not realising our feet are on show
Children love to go on fairground rides even though they SCARE themselves.

Loved those pics-especially the first one with the kid whose hair is straight up.
Kids and adults aren’t the only ones that think RIDES are fun–and sometimes scary.
