Ursula was the name of the lovely manager (Sister) of the Stroke Ward where my Mum was. She was very helpful and understanding and supportive even though she was constrained by how much she could offer due to the nature of her job and responsibilities to her employer and other patients. We shall never forget her - this beautiful butterfly is aptly named.
