I am having a rotten day too. I had four marvellous days, even thought I could do the CBT for my moped, and then today, crashed with fatigue and the whole symptom pile on that knocks me for six.

Feel for you …my wee dug had to go for cyst removal so that was me driving back and forth 4 times only 50 miles but enuf already! plus to doctors for blood test…had to go back today cos potassium too high …so that’s me calling it a week…i used to be called Friday Night Susie cos I wiz always oot on the piss…those were the days my friend I thought they’d never end (queue Mary Hopkin!!) you’d have tae be auld to remember that one eh…

Seriously, I have found fatigue and neuro fatigue possibly the hardest thing because it is so unpredictable, can spoil your plans and upset you for weeks (in my case anyway) I try and use gratitude, mindfulness, breathing, visualisation, stare at the wall and cuddle the dogs…but some days nothing works and I just mantra…“this too will pass”. And it does…but have to just hang on when going through it…be easy on yourself xxxx

You are likely to get days like that. Fatigue is the pits but rest up lots & hopefully tomorrow you’ll feel a bit better.

Maybe you have done a little too much over the last few days & too much doesn’t have to be much at all after a stroke.

I have the same problem, some days I walk five miles and some days I can’t do anything and my brain goes awol. It is so unpredictable.

Not sure if I have already replied to this. But even if I have, there is no harm in repeating good advice is there?
