Early Morning Spasms

Somewhere in the forum, someone suggested wearing weights on the affected limbs. I found it helpful for my leg. I just forget to wear the 2# ankle and wrist weights I have. The brain has not caught up to remembering all the things that need done in a day, but it is still working its way there, so that is a plus.

@Outlander i used to play cornet in a brass band and showband when i was at school. I don’t mind light jazz but not a fan of full on jazz although i appreciate the skill in playing it.
