Good Loraine,
.02% THC can be read as no THC : IMO you need THC.
That can be much harder to get, as it means you’re in the illegal category.
But it’s certainly doable, so don’t give up, good luck, Roland

Hi Loraine-- I’m sorry to hear that the CBD didn’t help you. How many milligrams did you take? Anyway, it was worth a try. It helps some and not others. Hope you get some relief soon. :heart:Jeanne

@Loshy You could try to google Sapphire Medical Clinics for an appointment to speak to a prescribing doctor

@Loshy I’m so sorry Loraine, I can’t afford it either despite knowing for a fact how much it would help me. I could go off on an hour long rant about this ludicrous situation but we don’t get to make the laws, unlike those getting smashed on alcohol. xx

Loraine-- I don’t know how many milligrams 6 drops would be. To guessimate a dose: how many milligrams does your dropper hold? MIne has it on the back of the bottle. (for example ā€œdropper holds 40 mgā€). Then I would fill the dropper up half-way and know it was about 20 mg. 6 drops sounds like a very small amount to me, but I don’t know what your dropper holds or how much of it is 6 drops. It may be that you got no relief because of the dose, but I don’t know. :heart:Jeanne

A bottle having only 30 mg is a very, very small amount of CBD. I needed usually about 40 mg to get relief. That would be more than is in your whole bottle. ( Sometimes half a dropper, or 20 mg) would work, but not usually. 40 mg always worked for me. (I’m 120 pounds, 5 ft two in.) Also, I used the kind of CBD that only had trace THC (.2%) in it, which essentially is ā€œno THCā€-- so I don’t think the THC is needed to get relief, if it’s going to work for you at all. Here, In the U.S. I buy 1000mg bottle for about $100 plus shipping. I don’t know the cost in G.B. Still, I don’t want to over-encourage anyone. Maybe it just won’t work for you. Anyway, I hope you find a solution. :heart:Jeanne

HI Loraine, Here is a picture of the two things I’ve used. I am having trouble finding the Ancient Life Oils website, so perhaps they don’t ship anymore and only sell in their stores. I have found the site where I got the gummy bears (www.fabCBD.com ), but I could not find out if they ship to Great Britain. I sent them an email to find out. If and when I get more information, I’ll let you know. FYI- The amount of mg on the front of the bottle usually is the total in the bottle. Then you look on the back to see how much a dropper holds. So, a 1000mg bottle with a 40 mg dropper would give you about 22 doses of 40 mg( or about 44 doses if you used 1/2 dropper.) The gummy bears bottle says, 25 mg per bear and there are so many bears in the bottle. I know it’s very confusing. I didn’t get it at all when I first used it. Incidentally, last night my left leg seized up again, after weeks of nothing, and 4 years since stroke, and I had to used the CBD to stop it. That’s why I always keep it on hand. I’ll let you know if I get any more info. :slightly_smiling_face:Jeanne

Hi Loraine–Me, again. The FABCBD company got back to me right away. Unortunately, they don’t ship internationally. If I find one that does, I’ll pass on the infor. But, there must be companies that ship in Great Britain. Also, there’s a lot of info on the net about dosing and how to use CBD. :heart:Jeanne

Hi Loraine- I’m sorry for my confusion. Yes, I understand, now. Your bottle is 30 ml (showing quantity of liquid, not necessarily strength of the CBD, which would be in mg contained in the 30 ml.:upside_down_face: Jeanne

Loraine–Keeping my fingers crossed. It may be that your brain/nerves needed 3 or 4 weeks being bombarded with CBD to finally calm down. I know my sister uses capsasin for her arthritic knee. The directions on the med even say that you need to use it for about 3 weeks to begin to notice the change. It takes that long to affect the nerve’s response. :crossed_fingers: Jeanne
