Balance

@Loopylil hi & welcome to the community. Sorry to hearbof your 2 strokes & the ongoing balance issues it has left you with. It may take time but hopefully things will start to improve.

My balance was awful after my stroke & I still feel off balance often but improved on whete it was. I found doing sit to stand exercises helpful along with squats to strengthen my legs. I started doing things holding on then slowly progressed to not holding on. I don’t know if this is something you are doing but if not its worth a try.

Some people find walking poles useful to help them get around. You could also try walking stick that has 3 feet on it…sorry can’t think of the name of it.
