Back Pain

I forgot to mention my leg symptoms only came on 6 months after the stroke so I didn’t connect them to that until now.

If uncomfortableness started some month after stroke and is any of the ways Ru described it then CPSP is a suspicion.

The key folk in the conversation are on WhatsApp Group Invite - the down-side with WA is you cant see old discussion - this afternoons chat has been about combining pregabalin and gabapentin

There’s an ‘awareness’ level bit in the welcome post

IF you join the WA I’ll re-post key bits AFTER U join (we need a better platform for it)

Hi, I had back pain after I had 4 Strokes which initially left me paralysed down my right side. After I regained use of myself, I found that I was ‘listing’ to one side which I think caused muscular pain. I bought a gym bar which I hang off every morning and this has cured the back pain as well as improving my arm strength.

Hi Angela

I get onset low back pain on my left side. This I always suspected cause me to list to the right.

Physio has been suggested by my GP but I don’t think they really understand the collection of symptoms connected with my post stroke living.
