Another word game - Saw this and thought of you lot!

Oh i hope the visit from your Dad goes well.

I am positive you will get passed the nothingness feeling too. You’ve come a long way in the short time we’ve known you. That should spur you on for more progress.

Garden where you’ll find lots of pretty flowers, trees, veggies and weeds  somewhere to sit when the sun shines.

I’ve just used this word and had to look up how to spell it so thought I’d share-rigmarole-a lengthy protracted procedure!

My mother used the word “rigamarole” all the time–one of her favorite words. “I can’t figure out this rigamarole of instructions!”

Effulgent–shining brightly or radiant :bright_button: I like the way that word rolls out of my mouth.

a friend recently sent me a message: “love your fate” or amor fati, in Latin.the idea is to accept your life as it is the dark black days to the glorious sunny ones and all the grey inbetween ,accept and embrace these the grey days are simply a lesson for the bright sunny days.all the grey in between got you to where you are now,no need for regrets, resolution and forgiveness are of course key to a bright happy life. I genuinely don’t understand why stoic philosophy isn’t taught at school this Ancient Greek Hellenistic philosophy has been studied by modern humans for centuries. Yet many of us know little about it! the philosophy focuses on virtue, self-control, and living in accordance with nature. It emphasizes that while external events are not within our control, our reactions to them are. Stoicism encourages cultivating inner resilience, wisdom, and ethical conduct to navigate life’s challenges with tranquility, and so I repeat … love thy fate.enjoy the grey it’s all a part of the rich tapestry of life with the wonderful humans that thread into it the beautiful silk threads that keep it vibrant and worth living! amor fati.I’ve spent far to long being black and white

the grey is part of life and as long as you did your best there is no need for regret.treasure those you love hold them tight and don’t let go!life is short, vita brevi. As we all well know as #stroke-survivors

Keep the latin idioms going… My school motto was: Sursum Corda", which translates to “Lift Up Your Hearts”

Transient not lasting, enduring or permanent

Truth–hard to define, but you know when it is and when it isn’t.

Let me see if I’ve got this
Hieroglyphics - the writing system of ancient Egypt.
This included an alphabet, but it was not identical to the modern English alphabet we use today. The hieroglyphic alphabet consisted of symbols representing sounds, but unlike modern alphabets, it didn’t include vowels like “a”, “e”, “i”, “o”, or “u”.
